1. What are your opening hours?

We are open everyday for 24 hours, including public holidays (including CNY, Christmas, New Year etc.) unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Do you have shower facilities?

Yes we do, but a very basic one. Cold water, and BYOT (bring your own toiletries).

3. Why can’t I register a PayPal account and complete a payment?

If you are using a CIMB card, we are afraid PayPal doesn’t accept payment from this bank yet. We recommend you to try it out with another card. If you are using another card and still can’t complete the payment, please contact your card provider or if you have the app for your card do ensure that your card is allowed to do online transactions.

4. Why was I charged RM1 to my card?

If you recently updated or edited your credit card information or added a new credit or debit card to your PayPal account, a temporary charge of up to RM1 may appear in your transaction history to verify that your card is open and in good standing. The charge will appear as ‘pending’ and is automatically removed after we have verified your card. If the charge remains on your card after 30 days, contact your card issuer.

5. Can I sign up now but plan to start at a later date?

Yes, you can! You can set your starting date to up to 30 days from your day of payment. The charge on your account will still be applicable after 7 days from your date of registration on PayPal.

6. Will I be tied down to a contract and charged a penalty if I cancel it?

There is no contract and you can cancel anytime at no extra fee! Just cancel it before your next payment date on your PayPal app/account or we can do it for you if you let us know 5 working days before your next payment date.

7. How much is it to start a PayPal account?

It is absolutely FREE! No annual membership fees, no processing fees, no service charges. Shoppers using PayPal get all the powerful advantages associated with the service and do not have to pay one dime. Use it to send and receive payments and make purchases from 203 other countries.

8. Do I need a PayPal account to proceed?

Not necessary as there is also a Guest Checkout option but you will need to put in your email address.
